Refunds
We offer a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days of purchase on any goods purchased through our website as long as the goods are returned in original condition. If you wish to return an item, simply mail it back to us within 30 days requesting a refund. If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If a product is the wrong size, or you wish to exchange an item with another of similar value, mail the item back to us within 30 days and we will happily exchange the item for you. There will be no extra charge for shipping the replacement item or items if the shipping costs of the replacement item or items are similar to the original item or items.

Within Australia, products are typically delivered within 5 days.
