How did you become involved in MMA?


It was after watching the first UFC that featured Ken Shamrock and Royce Gracie, I met a good friend John Pedro, now my coach, who introduced me to Tony Bonello and James Te Huna and thats when I started training.

Describe a typical week of training for you.


I train 6 days a week, 2 days stand up, 2 days jiu jitsu, 1 day sparring and 1 day strength and conditioning for 2 1/2 hrs a day usually.
